My Hot Wheels Twin Mill 3

The Hot Wheels Twin Mill is one of the most iconic of Hot Wheels designs.  If you were a boy growing up in the 1970s, you most likely owned one.  The famed Twin Mill design has carried on through the generations.  Today, you can buy the Hot Wheels Twin Mill 3.  It still has dual power plants arranged side by side.

Today's Hot Wheels Twin Mill 3 has a more angular design with air scoops that give the car an almost shark-like appearance. It catches the eye and it is a little more outrageous than the original!

I like this latest Twin Mill design. It's clean and it has contemporary angles. Fortunately, a few Amazon sellers still have this casting available.


If you are an intrepid collector, you'll try to round up all three editions of this famed car. No Hot Wheels collection is complete without one. Here from a top angle you can get a good look at the twin fins.  I just noticed that there are 5 exhaust pipes heading out from each side of the engine.  Could it be twin V-10 engines?  Lots of little horses in this here car!
